EuroSam ltd was established in Israel a decade ago.

The company's main field of work is in real estate management and development; EuroSam concentrates almost exclusively in the luxurious neighborhoods of Jerusalem such as Katamon, Rechavia,The German Colony and Nachlaot.

In addition to those projects, the company has been involved in property development in other Jerusalem neighborhoods. The majority of our clientele are high socio-economic families and individuals who understand the potential investment value in superior property development in prime Jerusalem locations.

The company was founded and is owned by Rafi Duke and Jonny Finn.

Rafi, is 38 years old, married with 7 children. He was born in Israel and lives in Elazar, in the beautiful pastoral area of Gush-Etzion. He studied Economics in the Hebrew University and started his real-estate career by investing in small properties in Jerusalem and renovating them. This led to developing larger projects in more prestigious Jerusalem areas.

Jonny is 39 years old, married with 6 children, born and raised in England and came to Israel in 1995 and since then has been living in Efrat. He studied property management at the University of Westminster, worked in England for a property management company, and after his arrival to Israel continued in this line of work.

The company has worked extremely hard to build itself a reputation in the world of property development & refurbishment, both commercial & residential throughout Jerusalem, and also several projects outside of it.

The combination of understanding our special international clientele and their unique needs, together with an honest and professional work ethic has given EuroSam the excellent reputation that it has in the Israeli Property Development field.
